Management Company
The Management Company of the Safonovo Industrial Park is the Investment Development Corporation of the Smolensk Region LLC which operates in accordance with the management agreement for creation, development and operation of the State Industrial Park.
The Industrial Park Management Company is a commercial organization that performs the powers and authority in the territory of the Industrial Park to manage and ensure activities of the Industrial Park residents as specified by the regulations.
The founders (participants) of the Safonovo Industrial Park Management Company are the Smolensk Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support microcredit organization and the Smolensk Region acting as a subject of the Russian Federation and represented by the Property and Land Department of the Smolensk Region.
The Management Company performs functions aimed at the development and provision of the Industrial Park with engineering and technical infrastructure facilities, as well as its stable operation throughout the whole life cycle.
The Management Company is not only an operating manager, but also a potential investor into the construction of the industrial park production facilities (built-to-suit format), which also contributes to the resident’s attraction process.
